Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? We understand. That’s why returns and exchanges at Snookie’s Footsies are painless —whether you return merchandise back to SnookiesFootsies.com or to our physical store.
At SnookiesFootsies.com we always want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, use our easy return process. Note: we reserve the right to reject orders from individuals who make excessive returns.
- You may return product for any reason within 14 days of delivery date to receive a full merchandise refund via your original form of payment.
- Merchandise must be returned and received unworn, in the original brand box (packaging), with the original shipping invoice.
- We recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot refund an item we don’t receive.
- Lost shipments are not the responsibility of SnookiesFootsies.com
- com does not offer exchanges, instead we ask that you place a new order
- Final sale merchandise cannot be returned
- Each package should have a unique tracking label. Do not copy labels and place them on different boxes

Complete the Return Form on the invoice and include it with the item for return.
Items purchased with any Snookie’s Footsies certificates or offer codes may result in an adjusted refund amount. Certificates and offers will not be reissued or re-credited for returns.
Please allow 7-10 days to process your return and credit your original form of payment.
- If you received this item as a gift, please note that a refund will only be credited to the card that was used to make the purchase.
- Sorry, items purchased at Snookie’s Footsies physical stores cannot be returned to SnookiesFootsies.com.

Exchanges to SnookiesFootsies.com
We are unable to offer exchanges for SnookiesFootsies.com orders. If you would like the same item in another size or style, simply place a new order. We cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
How to Ship Your Return
1) We recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot refund an item we don’t receive.

How Long Before I Receive My Credit or Refund
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
